The focus of research activity is the generation of high quality evidence with direct application to clinical practice within reproductive health. Members of the research team are engaged in research that is theoretically informed and empirically rigorous. Research is often multidisciplinary and group members draw on a broad range of skills and expertise.

Our work is integrated with Maternal and fetal health research within the Developmental Biomedicine research group, part of the School of Biomedicine
Research activity is unrestricted to specific methodologies. Users' involvement is considered pivotal to much of the activity. We have a strong commitment to develop distinctive, internationally-recognised research in topic areas of relevance to clinical practice and maternity policy. The team is engaged with:
