Long-term conditions and self care

Many people live with long-term conditions that cannot, at present, be cured but can be controlled by medication and other therapies. Self care is an important contributor to their continued well being. Supporting people with long-term conditions is a major health care priority. The purpose of our research is to improve the quality of experiences and health outcomes of people living with long-term conditions.
