Mental Health Nursing: A review of the literature

This review of mental health service user views of mental health nursing was commissioned by the Department of Health to inform the Chief Nursing Officer’s 2005 Review of Mental Heath Nursing in England and the National Review of Mental Health Nursing in Scotland. Funding was obtained from the UK Department of Health SDO programme. Permission to publish the findings has been granted, although the views expressed in this manuscript are those of the authors and not necessarily those of the review commissioners.
