Course details

This suite of modules provides exciting opportunities for qualified Nurses, Midwives, Audiologists and other Allied Health Professionals to advance their knowledge and skills for practice and gain an academic award at postgraduate level.

Each course combines a range of discipline specific modules with core modules in which students from a range of health care professions study core concepts and subjects together.

Students thus benefit from interprofessional learning whilst at the same time being able to apply core knowledge and skills specifically to their area of practice. The courses aim to equip students for advanced roles in clinical practice, management, teaching and research.

Funding for this course, and for some stand-alone modules, may be available through the Continuing Education Service Level Agreement (SLA) for staff working in the NHS in the North West.
